Refund Process:

Delivery and Inspection of All Products, Policies and Procedures:

Please inspect and confirm your complete order upon receiving your merchandise. If there are any questions and/or concerns in regards to your order, upon the immediate receipt of your delivery, as follows: if the merchandise is defective, or if the merchandise damaged during the shipment process, or if you receive the incorrect merchandise that you purchased, please contact us within 24 Hours of the delivery time for assistance at, support@brayleesbox.com. All delivery and/or inspection issues must be reported immediately while the merchandise is still in new condition, showing no use, and still in the original packaging. ALL CUSTOMERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PROOF THROUGH PICTURES. Our support team will assess each situation independently and thoroughly, in order to provide a fair resolution, for each independent situation that we address. Throughout all shipping processes, please note that once your package and/or packages, have left Braylee's Box, LLC, the shipping carrier controls the timeline of delivery. Therefore we can not guarantee deliveries, with an exact arrival date and/or timeframe. We Reserve All Rights.


Exceptions and/or Non-returnable Item(s):

Please note the following: unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on all perishable product(s), all custom product(s), all clearance product(s), all bonus item(s), all hazardous product(s), and/or all gift card(s). All Sales are Final.

The following list of merchandise, cannot be returned and/or exchanged, NO EXCEPTIONS:

  • Any and All Merchandise that are perishable, that has been opened and/or used, including but not limited to the following: Bath Bombs, Bath Salts, Soaps, Wax Melts, Candles, Beauty Products and/or Accessories, Personal Care Goods and/or Merchandise that has been opened and/or used. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • All Custom Made Merchandise, All Special Ordered Merchandise, and/or All Personalized Merchandise and/or Products, are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and/or non-returnable. This merchandise may qualify for in-store credit. Terms and Conditions May Apply.   
  • All defective and/or damaged merchandise upon immediately delivery, please contact us immediately at, support@brayleesbox.com Within a 24-48 Hour Period of Time. All situations and/or circumstances will be assessed thoroughly and/or addressed independently. Terms and Conditions May Apply. 
  • Please Note: All merchandise that is purchased on Sale, on Clearance, and/or Discounted at the time of purchase and/or checkout, are All Considered Final Sales, and DO NOT qualify for returns, exchanges, and/or in-store credits. Terms and Conditions May Apply.
